Nick’s qualifications include a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, a Diploma in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and a Certificate in Discursive Empowerment.
He also holds the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) which is awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy and validated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. The HPD is externally verified by the National Council for Further Education or NCFE, a government recognised national awarding body.
As a properly trained and qualified therapist, Nick is committed to an ongoing programme of continuing professional development designed to enhance his skills.
He is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the National Council of Psychotherapists.
Nick enjoyed an award-winning career in the BBC as a senior producer, manager, trainer and broadcaster before qualifying as a hypnotherapist, training under Dr Paul Peace and Karen Bartle at the Academy for Advanced Changework in Sheffield.
With a distinctive voice that has been heard on BBC1 and network radio as well as local and regional stations, many people believe that his warmth and maturity are a bonus when conducting “talking therapies”. This is put to use in a number of beneficial recordings offered to clients to help enhance their treatments.
